I'm Natasha Balabanovic, a tattoo artist in London, and I look after the details you give me when you book.
What I collect and why
- Your name, email, phone number and answers about your tattoo, so I can arrange and design it.
- Your payment, so I can take your deposit or refund it. I never see your card number.
- Your consent form on the day, which includes health details, so I can tattoo you safely.
I don't sell your details or send you marketing.
Who else sees them
Only the services I use to run bookings: Cal.com (booking calendar), Stripe (payments), Google (my calendar and email) and Netlify (this website). Some of them store data in the USA, with legal protections in place.
How long I keep them
Up to 6 years after your appointment, because of tax rules. Then I delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing natashabnvic@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how I've handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies itself. The booking calendar and payment page use the cookies they need to work.
