Booking terms

I'm Natasha Balabanovic, a tattoo artist in London. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking
- You must be 18 or over. I may ask to see ID.
- When you book, you pay an £80 deposit. Your booking is a request until I accept it.
- If I can't take your booking, your deposit is refunded in full.
- The deposit comes off the price of your tattoo. We'll agree the price before the day, and you pay the rest on the day.
Cancelling
- Cancel at least 3 business days (Monday to Friday) before your appointment and you get your deposit back.
- Cancel later than that, or don't turn up, and you lose your deposit.
- If I have to cancel, you can pick a new date or get your deposit back.
- To cancel or change your date, use the link in your confirmation email or contact me.
This doesn't affect your legal rights.
On the day
- Tell me about any medical conditions, allergies or medication beforehand.
- Don't drink or take drugs before your appointment.
- You'll fill in a consent form. I can refuse to tattoo if it isn't safe.
